If you run, or work for, a Nottingham-based business with a CSR budget and you're looking for a meaningful local cause to support, we'd love to tell you a little about René House and why a partnership with us could be the perfect fit...

We're a Nottingham-based supported accommodation provider, founded in 2018 by Tiffany and Theo, two people who grew up in this city and recognised a genuine need for better support for vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness.

Since then, we've housed and supported almost 300 people, helping them rebuild their lives, secure employment, move into their own homes, and regain confidence and independence.

These outcomes are only possible because of the individuals and businesses that choose to support our work.

Why support René House?

We believe charitable giving should be more than a one-off donation.

The best partnerships create measurable impact, engage employees, and allow businesses to see the difference their support is making within their local community.

As a local organisation, we're able to show exactly how your contribution helps people across Nottingham.

In 2025 alone, we:

  • Housed and supported 157 unique adults
  • Helped 35 residents into employment
  • Supported 56 residents to move into their own tenancy
  • Delivered more than 16,000 hours of one-to-one and group support
  • Helped 12 of 15 residents engaged in substance misuse support reduce their dependency

These are very real outcomes that your CSR investment can help make possible.

What we do, and why corporate support matters to us

Many people might assume that supported accommodation is only about providing housing. But housing is only one part of the story.

Government funding helps us maintain our properties and provide accommodation, however, the wider support that helps residents achieve long-term independence is largely unfunded.

This includes:

  • Regular support sessions with dedicated support workers
  • Life skills development
  • Mental health referrals and advocacy
  • Employment and tenancy support
  • Wellbeing activities and confidence-building programmes

Corporate donations help fund the very support that transforms temporary accommodation into a genuine pathway out of homelessness.

Our Corporate Partnership Packages

We've developed three partnership levels to suit businesses of different sizes and CSR objectives.

Every partnership includes recognition, impact reporting, and clear evidence of the difference your support is making.

1. Corporate Supporter

A meaningful first step into corporate giving.

Your support helps fund practical essentials for residents moving into our accommodation, including welcome packs, household items, wellbeing activities, and day-to-day support from our trained team. These small but important details help create stability and make a property feel like home.

2. Corporate Advocate

This level helps fund the journey towards independence.

Your contribution supports life skills training, confidence-building, emotional resilience, and structured support programmes that help residents move forward into independent living.

3. Corporate Visionary

Our highest level of partnership and the opportunity to create lasting social impact across Nottingham.

Visionary partners help strengthen and expand our services, enabling us to support more people, improve systems, and respond to increasingly complex needs within our community.

To learn more about all of the benefits and recognition available through each partnership level, please reach out to us to download our Corporate Support Pack.

Supporting local causes can be a really valuable part of a business's wider social impact strategy. We recommend speaking with your accountant or financial adviser about any tax implications or benefits associated with corporate giving.

Other Ways to Support Us

Not ready to make a financial commitment? There are plenty of other ways your business can get involved with what we do.

Businesses can support us by:

  • Donating essential household items
  • Delivering workshops for residents
  • Sharing professional expertise
  • Sponsoring or supporting fundraising events
  • Helping raise awareness of our work

Every contribution is valued, and we're always happy to explore opportunities that work for your organisation.

Help Us Meet Growing Demand

The number of people being referred to our services continues to rise. Homelessness in Nottingham remains a significant challenge, and much of the support that changes lives relies on the generosity of businesses and individuals who choose to get involved.

When you partner with René House, you'll be able to see the impact of your contribution and become part of the stories of people rebuilding their lives.

Together, we can help create a Nottingham where everyone has the opportunity to move forward from their most difficult circumstances and build a brighter future.
